Number of UK’s unincorporated landlords rises to 2.82 million

The number of unincorporated landlords in the UK’s private rented sector (PRS) has increased to 2.82 million in 2021 to 2022, according to new data from HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC).
The data, based on Income Tax Self-Assessment (ITSA) returns
